From the age of 16, you are welcome at Caesar, but you must be accompanied by someone older than 18.
If you are over 18, you have independent access to Caesar.
When visiting Caesar with a day pass, it can be purchased until 4:00 PM. The day pass provides access to our facilities until 5:00 PM. Reservations are not required.
Day visitors must always identify themselves with a valid and physical ID (ID card, passport, or driver's license).
You are welcome to bring your own towels, hammam towels, and bathrobes. These are also available for rent from us. We do not rent out slippers, so please bring your own.
Dat kan natuurlijk gebeuren. Indien voorwerpen bij ons worden gebracht, of als wij deze bij sluitingstijd vinden, dan bergen wij dit op in onze Lost and Found.
We bewaren gevonden voorwerpen 8 dagen, tenzij er eerder contact is opgenomen en wij duidelijk het gevonden voorwerp apart kunnen leggen.
De openingstijden zijn van maandag t/m vrijdag van 07:00 – 23:00 uur en in het weekend van 09:00 uur t/m 22:00 uur.
Op feestdagen kunnen afwijkende openingstijden gelden, deze zijn terug te vinden op de website.
De wellness en het zwembad gaan een half uur voor sluitingstijd dicht.

Daarnaast is het in de trainingsruimtes en het wellness gedeelte alleen toegestaan om te drinken uit een afsluitbare plastic fles of bidon.
Glazen flessen of bidons kunnen breken en zijn daardoor een veiligheidsrisico voor andere leden, gasten en personeel en vandaar ook niet toegestaan.
In de sportruimtes is het dragen van schone sportkleding, sportschoenen en het gebruik van een schone handdoek op de apparaten verplicht.
Materialen dienen na gebruik weer op hun plaats teruggelegd te worden. Bij het gebruiken van barbells dienen er sluitstukken te worden gebruikt.
To ensure the peace and privacy of our guests and members, the use of mobile phones or other devices with cameras is not allowed in the changing rooms and wellness area. Additionally, all belongings must be placed in a locker, and bags are not allowed in the wellness area.
In the saunas, swimwear is not permitted. However, you can use a hammam towel or towel to cover yourself.
In the pool, swimwear is mandatory. In the whirlpool, swimwear is optional.
If you are a member, absolutely! On weekdays, the KidsClub welcomes children from 3 months to 4 years old. On weekends and during school holidays, children up to 8 years old are also welcome. For more information about the KidsClub, click here.

The membership is personal. Misuse of the membership leads to a fine which consists of a period of contribution according to the applicable rates of that moment.
The person that’s using someone else’s membership bracelet will have to pay for a day-pass (€39,95). The membership is also not exchangeable or transmissible to someone else.
Natuurlijk zien wij jou liever niet gaan als lid van Caesar.
Mocht je toch willen opzeggen dan kan dat op 2 manieren: vul het opzegformulier in bij de receptie, of stuur een e-mail met daarbij duidelijk de vermelding van uw volledige naam en geboortedatum en uw reden van opzegging naar info@caesar-denhaag.nl.
We have a notice period of one period of 28 days from the next payment period if you are outside your contract period.
Wij bieden voor onze leden de mogelijkheid om het lidmaatschap te bevriezen indien er sprake is van een medische situatie of verblijf in het buitenland. Hier zitten wel enkele voorwaarden aan.
Bij een bevriezing dient er altijd een bewijs te worden ingeleverd en in het geval van een verblijf in het buitenland dient dit langer te zijn dan 28 dagen.
Voor de bevriezing van het verblijf in het buitenland rekenen we € 1,- per dag.
Voor de overige voorwaarden kan je contact opnemen met onze receptie.

Tussen de 24 – 48 uur rekenen we 50% van de behandeling.
Annuleer je meer dan 48 uur van tevoren dan zullen er geen kosten in rekening worden gebracht.

That can certainly happen. If items are brought to us, or if we find them at closing time, we store them in our Lost and Found. We keep found items for 8 days unless someone contacts us earlier, and we can clearly set aside the found item.
The opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. On holidays, different opening hours may apply, which can be found on our website. The wellness area and the pool close half an hour before the facility's closing time.

Additionally, in the training rooms and wellness area, only drinking from a sealable plastic bottle or flask is permitted. Glass bottles or flasks can break and pose a safety risk to other members, guests, and staff, and are therefore not allowed.

Of course, we'd prefer you to stay as a member of Caesar. However, if you do wish to cancel your membership, you can do so in two ways: fill out the cancellation form at the reception, or send an email to info@caesar-denhaag.nl clearly stating your full name, date of birth, and reason for cancellation. info@caesar-denhaag.nl.

We offer our members the option to freeze their membership in case of a medical situation or stay abroad. However, there are some conditions attached to this. For a freeze, proof must always be provided, and in the case of a stay abroad, it must be longer than 28 days. For freezing due to staying abroad, we charge €1 per day. For further details on the conditions, please contact our reception.

If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, the full amount of the treatment will be charged. Between 24 to 48 hours, 50% of the treatment will be charged. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, no charges will be incurred.
